Delivery Information

Normal Delivery

It is a delivery made on Business Days from 08:30 to 18:00.

This type provides for delivery on the street front for all products for which this delivery is foreseen.

All orders with Normal Delivery are entrusted to the BRT Courier.

The first delivery is made without notice.

In case of absence of the Customer, the Courier leaves a notice of passage (slip in the mailbox or sticker on the bell) and retries the delivery on the next working day.

In case of further absence, the Customer is contacted directly by the Courier for the third attempt.

If this delivery attempt is also unsuccessful, the Customer will be contacted by the BobAnjoy e-Commerce staff to define a further delivery.

Eventually, at the request of the Customer, it is possible to opt for freeze deposit or delivery to a delegate for collection.

Delivery times start from the entrustment to the appointed courier

Valle d'Aosta, Piemonte, Lombardia, Liguria, Veneto, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Trentino Alto Adige, Emilia Romagna, Toscana, Umbria, Lazio : 24/48 h

Marche, Abruzzo, Molise, Campania : 48/60 h

Basilicata, Calabria, Puglia : 48/72 h

Sardegna, Sicilia : 60/72 h

Delivery Costs

Delivery costs are calculated automatically according to the weight (to be understood as a weight / volume ratio) of the packaged product and are shown in the product sheet.

If more products are added to the cart, the total cost of shipping is indicated when selecting the shipping method and automatically added to the order total.

Note: There is a surcharge for delivering heavy products to locations that are particularly difficult to reach by the logistics operator.
